Shipping policy

Our products are made to-order or in small batch lots so please allow 5 working days for your product to be created. 


We find that Australian orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days of dispatch. This means that typically with creation and delivery, orders typically arrive at your door about 10 days after your order is placed.  That said, we understand that online shopping is the domain of instant gratification so we will always do whatever we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We always ship on the Wednesday and Friday of each week.

Please note that potential delays resulting from high postal volumes or general postal service problems are unfortunately outside of our control.

Shipping outside of Australia -

We have now extended our distribution to include shipping to clients in New Zealand, Singapore and the USA. We hope to open to other jurisdictions within the next few months. 

We charge a flat fee of AUD$20.00 for standard international Australia Post shipping to these countries. 

Taxes and charges

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We Three Kings is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Tracking your order

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@melbournehairandbody.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
